We have had wonderful experiences with Biddle's Services, LLC. This is a family owned business with extensive knowledge of everything to do with heating and cooling systems and beyond!! Through the many years we have done business with them they have serviced and/or installed our hot water furnace, hot water heater and air conditioner. In addition, they have performed seasonal maintenance to all of these items including additional services as needed. They’ve install new ceiling fans for us, garbage disposals, and handle plumbing issues with ease. Bob and Robby are an incredible ‘team’, father and son working together for many years, they really do care about their customers. Scheduling for service is no problem for this business, they truly answer their call. 📞 Price quotes for the job, time frame for installation.. one can depend on this company.

Robby installed some lamp posts near our driveway and also replaced some light fixtures for our exterior basement door. The installation and communication throughout were great and professional. While working on the electric, he noticed a leak in our pipes connected to our water heater. He made us aware, offered a solution, and fixed it the same day. Will definitely use him again for future electrical, HVAC, and plumbing fixes.

It is in the middle of the summer of 2026, when I have developed a slew of issues with our HVAC system. After a few frustrating experiences with a couple of big Local HVAC companies, I have called Biddle's Services. Erica picked up the phone immediately, even though it was Late Sunday afternoon. She scheduled a visit the same afternoon. The owner of the company, coincidentally, Erica's husband, came exactly at the time of the appointment. It is my first engagement with Erica and Robby. And my first impressions are very positive. They are yet a small family business preserving the mentality of real old America. During his first visit, Robby thoroughly walked me through all our systems. Provided me with a lot of insights, recommendations, and advice. He made a strong impression as a good professional combining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. This package is a perfect one stop shopping for a residential house. I am very encouraged by my first encounter with Robby And look forward to a long-term business relationship with that family business.

An efficient family friendly business. They have serviced my home for 30+years. I my a/c unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year and they were here the next day.

I text Biddle Services (via the website) for emergency services last Sunday. Erica was my first contact and quickly connected me to her husband, Robby (the technician and owner of company). Robby arrived same day within the time frame Erica mentioned, and was able to solve my AC issue within the hour. Both Robby and Erica were professional, pleasant to work with and timely in regards ro their responses. I plan to schedule future services for electric and hvac upkeep and I would highly recommend Biddle Services.

I called them when my wife and I were awakened by water running. Only to find the water heater failed and flooded our basement. Robby was there that day with a new water heater and he recommended to us a great disaster clean up crew as well. This was in Bowie btw.

Biddle's Services is a fantastic company to work with. We had a copper pipe that was starting to leak due to pinholes. Robbie was able to quickly come out and give us an estimate for repairs. Biddle's Services was extremely flexible with their scheduling and made the repairs quickly. We highly recommend them!

If you need immediate/emergency service or you are seeking an HVAC/plumbing company with which to partner, without hesitation, I recommend Biddle Heating & Cooling. Extremely flexible, truly knowledgeable, fair, and lightning fast. I reached out this morning at 7:30 AM and by 10:30 AM, Robby had the primary issue (A/C) diagnosed and resolved. He came in and very quickly identified the problem, had the required part, replaced it, and within 10 minutes, our unit was running like new. He also discovered that our hot water heater was leaking and the chimney pipe running from the hot water heater did not meet the minimum standard required by law. By 11 AM this morning, all known issues were resolved and all issues discovered by Robby are scheduled to be resolved this week. Biddle killed it! We are now customers for life.

Biddle’s Services came to my rescue twice in the span of 2 days. The first time was to replace my ruptured water heater. Robbie did great work and was able to give me a better price than a competing company. The very next night, the ceiling in my kitchen started leaking water due to a pinhole leak in a waterline. I called Biddle’s Services again and Robby dropped what he was doing to come help me out. Can’t thank him enough. Each time I called for service I spoke to Erica, who was very pleasant to deal with. It’s hard to find companies today that have such good customer service. I would whole heartedly recommend Biddle’s Services the next time you need any HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work done for your home or business.

Robby and Erica are great to work with. Robby was prompt and thoughtful of our family's needs and proactively planned the work accordingly. Being a Master in all 3 trades, it's convenient to have Biddle's take care of multiple needs in one trip, without having to rely on or coordinate between several companies.
